Listings on moversbayarea.com are free and come from Google Maps. To appear, or to move up, improve your Google Business Profile. Nobody can pay to rank higher.

How to appear

• Have a business address in one of the 27 directory cities, with "Mover" as a Google category.
• Have at least 5 Google reviews.
• Changes show up here at the next monthly refresh.

How to rank higher

• Top rated: at least 4.7 stars from 100 or more Google reviews.
• Well reviewed: at least 4.5 stars from 30 or more.
• Within each group, a high rating on more reviews comes first.
• Put your California permit number (Cal-T) in your Google business description: listings show it, marked as self-reported, next to the link to the official lookup.
